I went through two Realtor’s to sell my house before I found Nissa.
It was very frustrating with the other Realtor’s since all they did was put the house on MLS and have a sign on the yard. And they hardly ever called to give me updates. After interviewing a few realty companies, we decided to go with Nissa McKeel.
She gave us an honest opinion of the market value of our home and backed it up with a market analysis of other homes that were comparable to ours. The other realty companies did the same but tried to compare our house to homes that were of less value which meant less asking price. Nissa had our house on the market and within one day and a half we had five showings and by noon of that second day we had multiple offers resulting in a contract for more than we were asking! My experience working with Nissa was great!
In the past, I have always lived in apartments which only involves walking into the front office and asking for a tour. My fiancé and I got tired of the apartment life and Nissa a huge part of our search. We met with her after work one day for an initial meeting, and covered what we were looking for in our next home (beds, baths location, dog friendly, etc.). She wrote down every detail and followed up with multiple options the very next day. Nissa went out of her way to meet us at every potential location we wanted to see, gave us the tour, and was very knowledgeable about each location. The best part about working with Nissa is that she was easy to get in touch with, either through text, or by email, and always stuck to our scheduled viewings. She handled ALL of the documentation and administrative work which was very convenient considering my fiancé and I both work 12 hour days. She even went as far as looping back around with our landlord to negotiate a lower rent if we signed a 2 year contract. The current contract we are in is over at the end of the year, and we are already working with Nissa again to find our first home. When it comes to sales people, you never know what you're going to get, and most can come off quite pushy. However, that was far from the case working with Nissa.
